18 Month Old Stats

This past Tuesday we went for our 18 month visit to the pediatrician. Let me tell you, it was the loudest appt. ever! They are really at an age where they recognize everything and know what is going to happen.

This time there was only 1 shot to be given, but they acted as if they were given 5! The nurse weighed and measured everyone. The doc then came in to address any concerns. It was very difficult to hear her talking over the crying of the kids. As soon as we took their clothes off and laid them on the table they started screaming. We ended up holding them for the exam.

The only one who didn't cry was Jack. He was watching curiously when it was his bro and sis's turn. Abby was the loudest. Wow! There was no calming her down.

Here are the stats:

Abby:

weight: 25lbs. 11 oz. (74%)

height: 33" (90%)

Josh:

weight: 28lbs. 13 oz. (85%)

height: 33" (75%)

Jack:

weight: 27lbs. 9 oz. (74%)

height: 33" (75%)

As you can see, all gained weight as normal. The heights are difficult to do as they are very squirmy.

As we were waiting for some papers, all the nurses came out to talk to us. I swear, we are a hit there! They remember when the babies were so tiny at just 2 months old. I told everyone that we really like them, but I hope to not see them until August for their 2 year visit!
