Lincoln Park Zoo

Brooklyn had a casting call downtown, so we decided to head down early and make a day of it. The kids had never been to Lincoln Park Zoo, and it had been quite a while since I had been there.

It was a super hot day, and some of the kids (triplets) were quite cranky. We made the best of it! The zoo was super impressive! You could get a lot closer to the animals than at Brookfield. We also liked that there were more animals to see.

 The views didn't hurt either ;)

Afterwards, we had some lunch and headed over to the casting call. Brooke did great! She is so outgoing! We got a callback, but we were on vacation and couldn't go. Next time!
