Nature Walk

Beth told us about a really nice nature trail very close to our house. Today's weather was going to be absolutely gorgeous so I thought we'd head on over. There were lots of trails that led into the woods and great views of the ponds. We were a little hesitant to let the kids run around because they wouldn't want to get back into their strollers to leave. But stroller pics are just not fun!

They were a little timid at first, but then loved being free.

Then Jack wanted to be independent. We had to keep calling him to stop because he was running so far ahead.

Josh soon decided that it was too much effort to walk, and riding in a stroller wasn't fun. Hmmm...guess who had to carry 30lbs. to the car?

Jack and Elmo still had some exploring to do and didn't want to leave. We'd love to come back in the fall when the leaves are changing color and get some great pics.
