Blue Harbor Vacation-Day 1

After many, many, many, many months of hearing the kids talking about Blue Harbor, we were finally headed on vacation! We got an early start and just stopped for lunch. Once we reached the resort, we had to wait a bit for our villa to be cleaned. So we spent some time on the beach. It was a beautiful day!

We watched people parasail and paddle board. And many sand castles were built.

We went inside to one of the restaurant/bars for a snack and a drink. When our room was finally done, you have never seen such a crazy bunch of children. They absolutely loved touring the townhouse and setting up their sleeping arrangements.

This was our view. It was just perfect! 

The kids wanted to go to the waterpark right away. We spent some time there and then headed back for some pizza. After we ate dinner, we headed to the main hotel where they hold a fire pit and roast marshmallows nightly.

We all had our share of s'mores and then the kids played. It was much warmer this year than last, and we were thankful for that. We then headed home to hang out and finally sleep. Brooke did great and in the middle of the night, she wanted to come to my bed. Thankfully, Maddie was the best room mate and escorted her up.

We had a great first day!
