Seeing Santa

Yesterday, the boys went to see Santa with Daddy and Grandma Mary at a Christmas party hosted by our speech therapy play group. Why wasn't Abby there, you might ask? Well, that's because our little darling overloaded on peanuts the day before and threw up 3 times yesterday morning. It was her first time eating peanuts from the shell and she didn't even touch the pizza or french fries. Hopefully she will still like them ;)



Anyway, I stayed home with Abs and made sure she drank plenty of fluids and rested. Meanwhile, the boys met Santa and told him what they wanted for Christmas. Chris said that Jack was a bit scared at first.

Later, Santa even came and sat with the boys and chatted. He showed them his bells and the boys were a little less nervous. They also enjoyed plenty of cupcakes and cookies. Thankfully, Abby doesn't understand what she missed out on or else she would have been pretty upset!

Happy to report that Abby is back to herself again and eating, powdered donuts and all!
