Coloring Eggs-First Timers!

For the first time ever, the kids assisted us with coloring eggs. We weren't sure how this was going to go. Food coloring + big cups + toddlers could equal quite the mess!

Surprisingly, they listened to our exact directions of gently placing the egg in the cup without splashing. And, they were patient enough to let them get fully colored before retrieving them from the cup.

They loved seeing the various colors. We didn't try anything fancy like glitter or tri-colored eggs. Plain and simple was the key this year.
When the eggs dried, the kids decorated them with stickers. They were very proud of their creations!
