Hanging With Gigi and Grandpa

My dad met us at my Aunt Paul and Aunt Stella's house for some sand and water fun.  Gigi walked with us to the park and the kids built some sand castles and splashed around.  Grandpa was trying to teach them to swim.  Abby lasted the longest and was eager to learn despite the cold water.

 Brooke just wanted to walk in the water and have some snacks.

 Then we played at the park for a bit and of course, crazy Grandpa played along with the kids!

 The kids were eager to head back to the house and try fishing.  They found some worms with Gigi.

Grandpa helped hook the line.  I don't think they realized how much waiting is involved with fishing.  Gigi caught  2 little fish and we released them.

And of course, this little girl was content just sitting and watching everyone, which was a good thing considering we were on a pier!
