All About Brooke

Brooke just had her 3 year check-up. Here's her stats: Weight: 30.8 lbs (49%), Height 37.5 (63%)

I had to fill out a survey on her abilities and the doctor goes over it.  She had a med student with her and told the student that this isn't your typical 3 year old.  So glad to hear that she is doing fantastic!  Remember, the triplets had speech therapy till they were 3 while this girl was talking at 12 months. The triplets really are the best teachers!

This little girl LOVES makeup! She has a million lip gloss tubes around the house and over applies.

She also likes to dress up in her play clothes. Such a girlie girl!  Brooke also loves her class at the park district.  We go once a week for 45 minutes. The teacher is the same teacher that taught the triplets and she is just wonderful! Brooke enjoys singing songs and doing all the movements. The triplets never really got into the whole participating thing.

The big kids reading is another great influence on Brooke. Abs loves reading to her.  Such a great sister!

My little girl is quite outgoing and entertaining! We went to a park the other day and while the triplets were hanging out together, little Brooke ran off with an older girl to play. So funny!

This little girl is quite the eater. She will try pretty much anything. Unfortunately, she has had her taste of candy and is quite addicted! She does like veggies and fruits and drinks plenty of milk.

We are raising an independent girl here. She has no problem playing by herself.  I love listening to her pretending and having conversations with her toys. She's so creative! She loves playing with Playdoh, her Kindle, games, and dolls.

She still lets me dress her, but has had an opinion lately. Uh-oh! Her closet is taking over our house!!!

As far as her siblings, she absolutely loves to do whatever they are doing. Sometimes they like that, other times they don't. A common meeting place is in Abby's room.  They will sit and dance in there to Abby's CD player. So adorable!

I can't believe how big she is getting! She will be going to preschool 2 days a week in the fall.  She is so eager to learn!  I think I will also find some extracurricular classes for her such as soccer or gymnastics.

Words cannot describe how much we love this little girl of ours.  She truly completes our family!!!!
