Our friend was kind enough to give us free passes to Santa's Village. We surprised the kids and told them we were going someplace special. They tried to guess in the car, but this place wasn't even on their radar. When they saw the sign, they were ecstatic!!!
It was a great day for the park because it wasn't too sunny, and the temperature was just right. The Merry Go Round was their first ride.Brooke was so excited to actually go on this ride. She loved that the horse went up and down!
Next was the balloon ride. Since there were no lines, we rode this thing a lot! When we came a couple of years ago, I was pregnant with Brooke and Chris had to go on with them. He's not so good with spinning rides. This time, it was all me, and I loved it!
We then went on the truck train. Chris took Brooke and she was just so happy. This place was perfect for her!
After going on the dragon roller coaster, we went on the rocket ships. The big kids still enjoy this ride.
Up next was everyone's favorite: the Tilt O' Whirl. We tried to make it spin, but weren't too successful. Though we did get some nice spins in.
Meanwhile, this little girl had to watch. Daddy kept her distracted while we waited in line.
We then moved on to the fire truck. The kids loved putting out the fire at the mini house. And then it was time for the brand new roller coaster. I took the triplets in line, while Chris took Brooke and ran to Wendy's across the street for lunch.
The line was a bit long because this ride only had two cars. The kids kept telling me how long the line was. I told them that other amusement parks were much longer. Josh was so nervous for this ride. I sat in back with Jack and Abby and Josh sat directly in front. They LOVED it! It had a long climb up and one big drop.
After lunch, we made our way to the cars. Josh was super excited because he "drove". The hardest part was pushing down on the pedal to make the car move. Jack and Abby took turns with Chris.
Even Brooke had a turn driving and steering.
Afterwards, it was time for Bumper Cars. This is a ride that Chris takes the kids on individually. The kid working the ride let each of them wait in line, and Chris just stayed in the car. This little girl loved watching her siblings ride.
Notice how Josh just had to grab the wheel and steer.
Meanwhile, this was happening. Little monkey!
We then moved on to the petting zoo. The kids were so excited to feed the animals. Brooke was a bit apprehensive because she was the perfect height for the animals to snatch the food.
These crazy boys could not stop laughing, especially when the animals tried to eat their cups! The big kids were so great about going on the smaller rides so that Brooke could have some fun.

And I love how they took turns riding with her when an adult couldn't ride. Such great siblings!
We ran into this guy! Brooke wanted no part in picture taking with this creature, though she did recognize him.
We then moved on to the bird room. The kids each got sticks to feed the birds. It was amazing how willing these birds were to come up to anyone.
Grandma & Grandpa Piskor have a bird, and lately, they are obsessed with holding it on their finger. Definitely helped to do this today!
Well, we saved Abby's favorite ride for last. I was too afraid of the kids going on this ride and then being sick the rest of the time.
I couldn't believe that both boys wanted to go on this! We started by sitting in the middle. Even sitting in the middle, this thing goes super high! After the first time, we probably went 7 more times. Sometimes one of the boys would sit out. And sometimes Abby made me sit in the last seat with her. She is such a little daredevil when it comes to rides. That crazy girl was holding her arms up and I was just holding her down because she is to tiny. In the picture, you can see Josh cowering in his seat. Though he was scared, he still liked the ride!
We all had so much fun. I remember coming here as a child, and I am so happy that my kids get the same experience!
