Kindergarten Orientation and Birthday Preparations

Today was kindergarten orientation.  The kids were to go to their classroom for an hour, while the parents were to sit and listen to a presentation from the PTO and principal.

We were unsure how the triplets were going to handle being left in a classroom by themselves.  But at least they had something else exciting to look forward to.  After orientation, we were taking them to Toys R' Us to pick out something small.
While taking pics, the big kids decided they wanted to snap some.

 My two beautiful girls!
Orientation was a bit hectic.  There were so many kids waiting to go to their classroom.  There are two morning classes, each consisting of 24 students.  Abby, Josh, and Jack did great in their class and even made something.  Meanwhile, we watched a short movie and listened to the presentation with Brooke.

Afterwards, we headed to the store.  The big kids each picked out something small and everyone received a balloon and crown.  I love that these little things still excite them!

When we got home, the big kids decided it was time to build a luxury two story chair.
Meanwhile, Brooke thought it was more fun to play with balloons.

Tomorrow's the big day for not only their birthday, but for the first day of school!!!
